Lantas apa saja syarat serta berapa biaya yang harus dikeluarkan?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Seperti sudah ramai dibicarakan, bahwa mulai pertengahan 2022 bakal diberlakukan kebijakan baru terkait perubahan plat nomor kendaraan menjadi putih. Nantinya, plat nomor akan berwarna dasar putih dengan tulisan angka dan huruf berwarna hitam. Salah satu sebab kepolisian mengubah warna dasar plat nomor kendaraan dari hitam ke putih adalah untuk memudahkan sistem tilang elektronik atau ETLE. Untuk lebih jelas, simak ulasan <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jualo.com\/\">Jualo<\/a><\/strong><\/em> seputar aturan plat nomor putih berikut ini.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\">Aturan Hukum<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jualo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/etle.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13894 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jualo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/etle.jpg\" alt=\"plat nomor putih-3\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jualo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/etle.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.jualo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/etle-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Aturan soal plat nomor putih sudah tertuang dalam Peraturan Kepolisian Nomor 7 tahun 2021 tentang Registrasi dan Identifikasi Kendaraan Bermotor Pasal 45:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">(1) TNKB sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 44 ayat (1) berwarna dasar:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>putih, tulisan hitam untuk Ranmor perseorangan, badan hukum, PNA dan Badan Internasional;<\/li>\n<li>kuning, tulisan hitam untuk Ranmor umum;<\/li>\n<li>merah, tulisan putih untuk Ranmor instansi pemerintah; dan<\/li>\n<li>hijau, tulisan hitam untuk Ranmor di kawasan perdagangan bebas yang mendapatkan fasilitas pembebasan bea masuk dan berdasarkan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">(2) Warna TNKB sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) ditambahkan tanda khusus untuk Ranmor listrik yang ditetapkan dengan Keputusan Kakorlantas Polri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">(3) TNKB dipasang pada tempat yang disediakan di bagian depan dan belakang Ranmor yang mudah terlihat dan teridentifikasi<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">(4) Standardisasi spesifikasi teknis TNKB ditetapkan dengan Keputusan Kakorlantas Polri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">(5) Pengadaan material TNKB diselenggarakan secara terpusat oleh Korlantas Polri.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\">Biaya Ganti Pelat Nomor Putih<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tidak ada biaya tambahan atau biaya yang berubah seiring dengan perubahan warna dasar TNKB. Polri masih menggunakan acuan lama untuk penerbitan plat ini. Yakni aturan mengenai Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) di kepolisian yang terdapat di Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 76 Tahun 2020.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">Penerbitan STNK kendaraan bermotor roda dua atau roda tiga:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">STNK baru: Rp 100 ribu<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">STNK perpanjangan per 5 tahun; Rp 100 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">Penerbitan STNK kendaraan bermotor roda empat:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">STNK baru: 200 ribu<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">STNK perpanjangan per 5 tahun: Rp 200 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Penerbitan Tanda Nomor Kendaraan Bermotor (TNKB) atau pelat nomor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Ranmor roda dua atau roda tiga: Rp 60 ribu per pasang<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Ranmor roda empat atau lebih: Rp 100 ribu per pasang<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jualo.com\/blog\/berita\/all-new-subaru-forester\/\">&#8211;&gt; GENERASI KELIMA SUBARU FORESTER RESMI MELUNCUR DI INDONESIA<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Aturan Akan Dibuat Bertahap<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jualo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Plat-nomor.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13895 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jualo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Plat-nomor.jpeg\" alt=\"plat nomor putih-2\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jualo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Plat-nomor.jpeg 500w, https:\/\/www.jualo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Plat-nomor-300x169.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Adapun dengan penerapan plat nomor dengan warna dasar putih ini, plat nomor hitam dengan tulisan putih masih tetap berlaku. Penerapan akan dilakukan secara bertahap. Untuk tahap awal, kendaraan yang mendapatkan pelat nomor putih adalah kendaraan baru, kendaraan yang habis masa TNKB-nya, hingga kendaraan yang dimutasi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Selain mengganti warna dasar plat nomor menjadi putih, Korlantas Polri juga rencananya akan membuat plat nomor kendaraan yang lebih canggih, yakni dengan memasangkan chip RFID (Radio-frequency identification). Chip itu akan memiliki beberapa manfaat, seperti menyimpan data nomor kendaraan.
