It's been an eventful offseason for Donovan Mitchell‘s Utah Jazz, as they’ve bulked their roster up in hopes of making a trip to the Western Conference Finals. And while the team evolves, Mitchell’s footwear is evolving with them, thanks to the comic-book themed adidas D.O.N. Issue 1, the guard’s Spider-Man inspired signature shoe that’s set to release in a “Stealth Spider-Man” makeup. Drawing their colors from the suit that Peter Parker took with him to the alien planet Klyntar in the Spider-Man Unlimited video game, these adidas shoes feature a stark black base that’s accented with bright volt green pops on the midfoot, sockliner, and marbled outsole. A hybrid spider logo graces the tongue, and an “ISSUE #1” patch is delicately stitched on the midfoot. A black Bounce midsole provides cushioning and support for Mitchell’s aerial antics, while the look is completed by a co-branded Marvel/adidas insole.
